Article 1: The Organizer

The company Brussels Ketjep srl, headquartered at Chaussée de Wavre 1731, 1160 Auderghem, Belgium, registered under company number BE0541318990, organizes several “Brussels Ketjep X Red Devils Sauce” contests, hereinafter referred to as “the Contest “.

Article 2: Contest duration

Several contests will be held:

Contest 1 : from 28/5/2024 to 04/06/2024. Contest ends 04/06/2024 at 16:00 CEST.
Contest 2 : from 27/6/2024 to 03/07/2024. Contest ends 04/07/2024 at 24:00 CEST.
Contest 3 : TBD

Article 3: Terms and conditions

The Contest is open to any person of legal age (on the date of the Contest) residing in Belgium, excluding the Organizer’s staff, as well as any entity directly or indirectly involved in the design, organization, realization and/or management of the Contest.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant from the contest and/or not to award the prize and/or to cancel all or part of the contest, without incurring the Organizer’s liability, in the event of a participant’s violation of these Rules and/or if the Organizer, at its sole discretion, believes that the participant has acted or intends to act dishonestly or fraudulently, or in bad faith. In particular, but without limitation, any use of robots or any fraudulent, dishonest or bad faith systems, devices or maneuvers, or any conduct, for example and without limitation, to automatically play and/or increase the chances of winning, is prohibited. The Organizer may file a complaint and/or take legal Contest against the perpetrators of such conduct. In the event of a sanction or complaint, participants will be required to prove that their conduct complies with these Rules.

Participants may be asked at any time to provide proof of their identity, residence and age.

Article 4: Prizes

4.1: Prizes description

The prizes to be won throughout the Contest are:

Contest 1 : two Official Red Devils jerseys (size of choice) – one for the winner and one for the friend he/she/they identified + two Red Devils Gift Boxes (each including a 300 ml Red Devils sauce, a 300 ml Dallas sauce, a 300 ml Cowboy sauce and a 300 ml Mayo sauce) – one for the winner and one for the friend he/she/they identified + two Belgium Cap – one for the winner and one for the friend he/she/they identified
Contest 2 : Two prizes, two winners. The first winner will receive an Official Red Devils jerseys (size of choice) + a Red Devils Gift Boxes (each including a 300 ml Red Devils sauce, a 300 ml Dallas sauce, a 300 ml Cowboy sauce and a 300 ml Mayo sauce). The second winner will receive a Red Devils Gift Boxes (each including a 300 ml Red Devils sauce, a 300 ml Dallas sauce, a 300 ml Cowboy sauce and a 300 ml Mayo sauce).

4.2: Prizes details

The value of the prizes is determined at the date of preparation of these rules and cannot be contested. Prizes are not transferable, cannot be replaced by a different prize and there is no cash alternative. The Organizer has the right to replace the advertised prize with a prize of similar value and characteristics, if such replacement is necessary. The size and/or colour of the prizes cannot be exchanged once they have been sent.

Winners are entirely responsible for the use of their prize. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any defect or problem with the prizes or for any incident or accident that may occur to the winners during or as a result of the use or possession of the prize.

Article 5: Determining winners and awarding prizes

5.1: To take part in the Contest, the participant must take the following steps:

In the same comment, indicate another account with which the participant wishes to share the contest prize

Two winners will be selected based on a random drawing of a comment. The first winner is the author of the comment and the second winner is the person identified by the first winner in the same comment.

A participant may enter the contest several times via separate comments, identifying a different account each time. The accounts identified must belong to different people, so the participant may not identify another account for which he/she/they is also the manager.

If one of these conditions is not met, another winner will be selected at random.

Two winners will be selected based on a random draw of two comments. The first comment drawn awards the first prize and the second comment drawn awards the second prize.

If one of these conditions is not met, another winner will be selected at random.

5.2: Selection of winners:

Each winner will be drawn randomly on the closing day of the Contest by means of a blind, anonymous draw.

For reasons of confidentiality, no list of winners will be announced publicly.

Winners will receive their prizes as soon as possible. As the winners of the competition can choose the size of the clothing item included in the prize, it will be necessary to take into account the time required by Brussels Ketjep to obtain the prize.

Winners will be notified by Instagram message. Winners must reply to the message within 7 days to confirm their prize. If the winners have not replied within 7 days, a new draw will take place.

Article 6: Rules

Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.

These rules can also be obtained until 31/12/2024 by written request to : Brussels Ketjep, Chaussée de Wavre 1731, 1160 Auderghem. Postal charges for this request will not be reimbursed.

For all aspects of the Contest not explicitly mentioned in these rules, the Organizer reserves the right to take all measures necessary for the proper organization of the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right to modify these rules if necessary.

Article 7: Participation fees

Participation in the Contest is free of charge, with the exception of Internet access costs.

Article 8: Limitation of liability

8.1

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for problems inherent in the Internet connection, telephone communication or any other problem that cannot be attributed to the Organizer and that occurs during the Contest period.

The Organizer makes every effort to provide and maintain functional and verified infrastructure, information and tools for participants. However, the Organizer cannot be held responsible for the failure of participants’ equipment (computers, software, Internet connection tools, telephones, servers, etc.), for any resulting loss of data not attributable to the Organizer, and for the impact of such failures on their participation in the Contest. It is therefore the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their equipment and the data stored on their equipment (computer and telephone) against violations. In particular, participation in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or piracy by third parties and the risk of contamination by any viruses circulating on the Internet.

The Organizer undertakes to use all available resources with its service providers to ensure the smooth running of the Contest. However, should a technical failure occur and affect the smooth running of the Contest due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the latter may not be held liable by participants.

8.2

Winners are entirely responsible for the use of their prize. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any defect or problem related to the prizes or for any incident or accident that may occur to the winners during or as a result of the use or possession of the prize.

8.3

By entering the Contest, all entrants indicate their acceptance of these general Contest conditions.

8.4

If any of these clauses is declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and removed from these terms and conditions. The other clauses will be retained and remain in force.

8.5

These promotion conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communication, including advertising or promotional material. All entries and instructions are deemed to form part of the promotion conditions and, by entering, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and been bound by these promotion conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Article 9 : Contact us

Incorrect correspondence (incomplete, illegible, incorrect, without postage, delayed or not sent) will not be taken into account.

Article 10 : Forfeiture

Participants must allow all checks concerning their identity, age, address and telephone number within the framework of the promotion. Any non-compliant, incomplete or incorrect entry will be considered null and void.

The use of robots or any other similar method to play the Contest mechanically or otherwise is prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in the definitive elimination of the participant and/or user. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the promotion if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, by computer or through participation under the identity of a third party and/or the determination of winners. In this case, the Organizer reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.

Article 11: Force majeure

The Organizer is not liable in the event of force majeure or events over which it has no control or if, due to circumstances, it is obliged to cancel the present contest, shorten, extend, postpone, suspend or modify the conditions.

In all cases, the Organizer reserves the right to extend the participation period.

Article 12: Exemption from liability

Winners are entirely responsible for the use of their prize. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any defects or problems with the prizes or for any incident or accident that may happen to the winners during or as a result of the use or possession of the prize.

Article 13: Intellectual property rights and copyright

In accordance with laws relating to intellectual property rights and copyright, the use of all or part of the copyrighted material in this Contest is strictly prohibited, except with the express prior consent of the Organizer.

Article 14: Applicable law and disputes

The Contest is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation of the rules and/or cases not covered by these rules will be settled out of court.

Article 15: Protection of personal data

We use the personal data we collect about you to enable you to enter the Contest and to contact you if you have won a prize. The information we collect about you will only be collected for the purpose of identifying the winner(s). This data will only be kept for the duration of the Contest (the term of the Contest as defined in article 2, as well as the period during which the winner(s) will be designated and the prizes awarded).
